Quality Policy

  1. All the designs / artwork prepared is the sole copyright of M/s Premier Brogue.
  2. All Designed jobs required formal approval from the authorized personal of the company / institution. Till the approval is given no job / assignment shall be finalized or send in for execution process.
  3. No correction shall be accepted on Phone Call or whatsapp. Correction must be marked properly on proof copy of design with red pen only.
  4. Minimum 2-3 working days required from the date of order to commence the work of client. As there may be more assigned works are under process of other clients which might be at the finalization or completion stage.
  5. The turnaround time given to complete the assignment shall always remain tentative and nearest.
  6. Printing Orders shall only be accepted with 100% adv ance of the full value of paper.
  7. Quotation for the cost of paper is valid for 1 week only. Any fluctuation in rates whether plus or minus will be intimated and charged accordingly.
  8. Min. Printing rates of 1000 printable sheet (single side) shall be charged in case if the printing is less than 1000 Nos,
  9. GST will be charged extra as applicable as per law.
  10. All the designs created / made by either using the stock images / vectors / illustrations / silhouettes are protected under design copyright. Any person / institution / agency / designer using the same, some or whole part shall be dealt strictly with legal action.
  11. Logos of the companies are the sole Intellectual / Trade Property right of respective companies
  12. Risk of all jobs, undertaken in emergency or most urgent in designing or printing, 100% risk lies on the shoulder of clients itself. Premier Brogue as an agency shall only provides it best resource and services to finish the job on time but the min. time required for designing, printing, or execution.
  13. It is the sole responsibility of the client to deliver the correction copy of design to the agency.
  14. One Black & White copy of Design for Text / Content Correction and one Colored Proof copy of final design will be given. If client need more copies of color proof rates as per actual will be charged accordingly, must be born by client only.
  15. Color proof copy is just for getting an overlook of appearance of final design that how it looks or presented. No Guarantee of actual color matching with the design proof or color copy submitted for approvals.
  16. All order are considered only after client also agree with working terms & condition of our agency which are practiced as per trade requirement.
  17. It shall remain the sole responsibility of client to know and understand the process and terms of services provisions.
  18. All disputes/ disputed matters subject to the Chandigarh Jurisdiction as the services are procured from the Chandigarh itself.
